Meet Our President & CEO

Eve Rodriguez Montoya is President and CEO of Rodriguez Media Communications Inc., a bilingual MBE/WBE certified communications firm helping clients elevate their brands in growing markets. With over twenty years of strategic communications expertise across public and private sectors, she has built a distinguished career bridging government service and entrepreneurial leadership. Her public sector experience includes serving as Deputy Press Secretary for two Chicago mayoral administrations, managing press operations for the Chicago Department of Transportation, Chicago Fire Department, and Chicago Department of Aviation. This foundation was complemented by private sector work in New York City and Chicago, giving her comprehensive understanding of both public and private communication needs. Eve's leadership has earned national recognition, including features in Google + Thrive magazine, Negocio's Now Latinos 40 Under 40, Hispanic Executive Magazine, the 2017 Hispanic Women's Corporation Leadership Award, and the 2018 FOLIO: Top Women in Media Up and Comer Award. She was selected for the prestigious 2018 HOPE Nonpartisan & Binational Public Service Fellowship by the Woodrow Wilson Center and Aspen Institute Mexico. Government officials have recognized her community impact. Mayor Lori Lightfoot named her an Emerging Woman Leader in 2019, and Chicago City Clerk Anna Valencia honored her as a community builder. The White House invited her to meet with First Lady Dr. Jill Biden in 2021 to discuss biculturalism and bilingualism. Illinois State Comptroller Susana Mendoza named her a Hispanic Heritage Month Honoree in 2024 and in 2025 she received the Latino Magazine Brava Award. As a sought-after speaker, Eve has delivered keynotes at prestigious venues including the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute at the U.S. Capitol. She has participated in panels for the Association of Latino Professionals for America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and Governor Pritzker's Unity Day. She serves as media instructor for the Chicago Latino Caucus Foundation Leadership Academy and HACIA. Eve serves on the Board of Directors for Choose Chicago appointed by Governor Pritzker, is on the Board of Trustees for the National Museum of Mexican Art, and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University.
